Woohoo! Guess who's back! This is my version of the logo for the Greek power metal band Firewind ([link]).

I recently discovered the band after watching a guitar lesson on YouTube(!) that mentioned them. I gave their song Breaking the Silence from their Allegiance album a try and I was hooked. I'll o back to it and work on it later. I found a trick-it's called "templating". Let's say you want to create something that involves a multicolored word, like this deviation. What you do is you pick a color that's easily discernible from the background, type the desired word, choose another color, type the first half (or whatever) of the word, click "Line", hit "Text" again, pick another color and type the second half. If you want a glow or a blur with a brighter center, just repeat steps 2 and 3, but with a brighter color. Simple, huh?
