Flaming is disrespecting another user on one of their pages (user page, deviation, or journal entries) and, as with spamming, may get you banned.

Vandalism means posting irrelevant, meaningless or gibberish comments (like “i like pie” or “grithreuthuirejtidjgfidjgfidgtrettjretj”). This is treated the same way as the above two.

Finally, art theft is basically copy-and-pasting someone else’s artwork with little or no changes without having *express permission* from the author of the original deviation to do so. This may also result in a permanent ban, however your IP may get hardblocked, preventing anyone else from your area from setting up a deviantART account.
